Before the release of the first BioShock I fell in love with the music
used in the game’s trailers and commercials. It fit perfectly with the
look and overall feel of the game’s story. I just couldn’t get enough
of it at the time. I remember hearing someone once saying that the
music creeped them out while playing the game. This was another plus
for me and aberration for the soundtrack.
Now with the game’s
sequel only a few days from release, eager gamers are itching to hear
the game’s new soundtrack featuring old music. To do so you have a few
options. You could wait for the soundtracks release on Tuesday the
February 9, 2010 with the game or you could listen to it now online.
The soundtrack which as mentioned will be made available for digital purchase on Tuesday can be listen to now via Rapture Radio.
This is where you’ll find the whole soundtrack being broadcast for the
world to hear live as it was heard just before New Year’s Eve, 1959.
