Battlefield developer DICE, just can’t get away from reliving World War II. Recently the ESRB description went into details on where and how we’ll play Bad Company 2. One of the most important pieces of information is the game will house a level on an unnamed Japanese island during WWII before heading to the modern age.

Considering that DICE started developing and perfecting WWII games years ago, it’s not shocking to hear that their going with they do best. This however a little much since there seems to be no need to go to WWII other than because they know what they’re doing.

With a consistent series of game that feature the War and pacific theater, no one should be upset about this little fact. Let’s not judge the level or game in any way until it’s release.
